ICON PY specializes in delivering high-end Master Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Landscaping, and Complete Engineering Services covering the Structure and MEP Disciplines, including the Infrastructure, starting from Concept Design phase, Schematic Design, Design Development, to Final Design phase and Shop Drawings, as well as Project Management, Supervision Services, Value Engineering and Feasibility Studies.

 

During its long journey in Consultancy Services, ICON PY got acquainted with a diversified nature of contracts and missions as well as a deep involvement in Design/Build and EPC agreements.

Dr. Pierre Younes is the Founder and CEO of ICON PY.

He holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from the Lebanese University, as well as a Doctorate Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the British Institute of Economics and Political Science.

He has gained a widespread experience in designing large scale projects as a Project Architect in reputable International Consultancy Firms, before and after founding ICON PY in 2010, where he maintains personal involvement in each project throughout all the design phases, with particular emphasis on generating and developing the design concepts and overseeing the overall projects’ teams to ensure that the services are carried out to the highest level of clients’ satisfaction and success.

Dr. Younes is currently the CEO of ICON PY and Partner at DEP, and Lecturer at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK / Faculty of Architecture.
